Youth & Kids Wrestling Training
Our kids wrestling program is designed to keep youth engaged, challenged, and having fun while learning the sport. We believe wrestlers learn best through real situations and live scenarios—not just drills. That’s why our practices include a variety of games-based training, problem-solving activities, and situational wrestling that keep athletes active and motivated.
Our training style helps kids:
- Build strength, balance, and coordination
- Apply skills in live wrestling situations
- Develop problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities
- Stay motivated through fun, game-like activities
Whether your child is just starting out or already has experience, we provide a positive and supportive environment that helps athletes improve and enjoy the sport. Our focus is on making wrestling fun, challenging, and rewarding—so kids want to keep coming back to the mat.
Kids Wrestling Classes (K-5th grade)
Our beginner classes (kids wrestling) introduce wrestling in a fun and supportive way. Kids learn basic wrestling positions, movements, and simple techniques while also building body awareness through cartwheels, rolls, and playful games. We keep the pace slower so athletes can absorb the fundamentals, but every session includes real wrestling instruction alongside activities that make learning enjoyable. See our classes and scheduled.
Kids and Middle School Wrestling Classes (5th-7th grade)
In our intermediate classes, wrestlers begin applying technique in more realistic situations. We focus on tumbling, controlled live and situation wrestling, and games that reinforce body awareness and movement. Athletes practice with resistance to prepare for advanced training, developing timing, confidence, and sharper technique while still keeping the sessions fun and engaging. See our classes and scheduled.
Middle School and High School Wrestling Classes (5th-12th grade)
Our advanced classes are higher paced and emphasize applying wrestling skills in live, realistic environments. Athletes train longer, practice advanced techniques, and continue tumbling drills to build strength, agility, and body awareness. Even at this level, we maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere, ensuring wrestling remains fun, challenging, and rewarding—so athletes stay motivated and excited to return to the mat.
