Little Wrestler Classes

$90 per 6-week session Apr 13 - May 20

• Join anytime! Year-round! Contact Coach if we are in the middle of a session or for ANY questions!
• Monday and Thursday practices 4:30-5:15 p.m.
• $15 Monthly K–8th "No Sharks" Folkstyle Tournament 5/6/2026
• Focuses on athletic development, basic wrestling skills, games, and fun!
• Ages 4-6
• No long-term commitments, pay by session or drop-in.
• Please contact Coach Owen with any questions regarding appropriate classes for your wrestler.

Beginner Wrestling Classes

$90 per 6-week session Apr 13 - May 20

• Join anytime! Year-round! Contact Coach if we are in the middle of a session or for ANY questions!
• Monday and Thursday practices 5:15-6:15 p.m.
• $15 Monthly K–8th "No Sharks" Folkstyle Tournament 5/6
• Focuses on athletic development, basic wrestling skills, situational wrestling, and games.
• Ages 7-11 (exceptions may be approved by coach)
• No long-term commitments, pay by session or drop-in.
• Please contact Coach Owen with any questions regarding appropriate wrestling classes.

Intermediate Wrestling Classes

$120 per 6-week session Session April 13 - May 20

• Join anytime! Year-round! Contact Coach if we are in the middle of a session or for ANY questions!
• Monday and Thursday practices including the tumbling of Advanced class 5:15-6:30 p.m.
• Included: Tuesday Advanced class 6:15-8:00 p.m.
• Included: Wednesday Live Wrestling class 6:15-7:30 p.m.
• Included: Olympic Bronze Medalist Jim Martinez clinic Tuesdays 4/21, 4/28, & 5/5
• Ages 7-12
• $15 Monthly K–8th "No Sharks" Folkstyle Tournament 5/6/2026
• No long-term commitments, pay by session or drop-in.
• Typically have kids from about 50lbs. to 120lbs. in this class
• Please contact Coach Owen with any questions regarding appropriate wrestling classes.

Advanced Wrestling Classes

$150 per 6-week session Session April 13 - May 20

• Join anytime! Year-round! Contact Coach if we are in the middle of a session or for ANY questions!
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday practices 6:15-8:00 p.m. & Wednesday (live) 6:15-7:30 p.m.
• Included: Olympic Bronze Medalist Jim Martinez clinic Tuesdays 4/21, 4/28, & 5/5
• Competitive, experienced athletes
• 5th - 12th Grade
• Typically have wrestlers 70lbs. and higher in this class
• Beginner 7th grade and higher wrestlers are welcome in this class
• No long-term commitments, pay by session or drop-in.

Trial Classes:

One week trial $15, please text (preferred), call, or email Coach Owen.

Monthly K–8th Grade Wrestling Tournaments

Tournaments 5/6/2026. Each tournament is $15 per wrestler. See Events page for tournament details.

Drop-ins:

$15 per practice. Must be paid on the registration site. See Registration below.

3. Click whichever course your athlete will be joining (Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner, Drop-in, Friday Night Scraps, or Rookie Tournaments) and then "Enroll Now." If we are in the middle of a session, the Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced may not be there, contact Coach Owen to register.
