2026 Spring Break Wrestling Camp Information – (Grades 4-12th)
Southwest Wrestling Academy's Girls Spring Break Wrestling Camp is designed for girls in 4th through 12th grade. Please speak with Coach Owen if you are uncertain if this camp will be appropriate for your wrestler. This camp is built for athletes who want focused instruction, more mat time, and the opportunity to sharpen their technique in a supportive, all-girls environment.
Instruction focuses on takedown setups, chain wrestling, top and bottom control, live situational wrestling, and match strategy. Athletes will receive high-level coaching and individualized attention to help improve confidence, mat awareness, and overall performance heading into the next season.

Participants should bring a water bottle. Wrestling shoes are recommended, and appropriate athletic clothing is required.
